Sacrament of Fear

Dr. Wes Franklin - one-time child prodigy, now a member of a clandestine international intelligence network called The Cloister of Akhenaten - is summoned from his San Francisco home to the Netherlands for the funeral of a friend and colleague. Upon arriving in Amsterdam, Franklin learns that several other colleagues around the world have suddenly died; all of seemingly natural causes, and all Cloister members. Franklin's friend at The Hague believes these deaths are somehow linked to a series of cryptic - but threatening letters his office has received from somewhere in the Middle East, and needs Franklin's help to solve the mystery.
