Danie Schwardt is an Afrikaner professional hunter but also the clandestine leader of a white supremacist society, The Vengeurs, in post-Apartheid South Africa. Danie is charged with recruiting an executioner for the organization and after several safaris with hunting client, Lucas Mellor, decides that the American is his man.
The Vengeurs has placed operatives around the world. One of them, Hendrik Schmidt, an Afrikaner residing illegally near Atlanta, Georgia, builds Lucas' assassination weapon. Once the weapon is constructed, the assassinations in South Africa begin - an Englishman, black Africans and other Afrikaners, including Lucas' boss-man, Danie.
