Swami Bhakta Vishita, better known as William Walker Atkinson, wrote more than 100 books in the last 30 years of his life. His works have remained in print more or less continuously since 1900. He has covered almost every aspect of mysticism, occultism, and eastern philosophy. He is also known to have been the author of the pseudonymous works attributed to Theron Q. Dumont and Yogi Ramacharaka. Like all of his books, Genuine Mediumship is easy to understand, as Atkinson is able to express complex ideas in simple language.
